Friday 21st December 2012 - UK Parcelforce 24
From 13th to 18th December - Western Europe (countries vary)
From 12th to 17th December - Eastern Europe (countries vary)

Shipping Information
Shipping costs are determined according to the weights of the product(s) bought.
Royal Mail and Airmail packages are collected about 1pm each working day.
Parcels for Parcelforce are collected around 4pm each working day.
Where items are in stock we process your orders the same or next working day, where items are not in stock then we attempt to restock as quickly as possible. If you need the item urgently then please call us on our FreePhone number (0800 970 2731) and we'll check stock levels for you.
New releases normally arrive with us on a Tuesday but are occasionally later in the week.
A despatch email is sent to your email address when the item is handed over to the delivery company, with Parcelforce that will include the Parcelforce Tracking Reference.

UK Shipping
Customers are offered a choice between Royal Mail 1st Class service and Parcelforce 24 for orders below 2kg, above 2kg only Parcelforce 24 is offered.
The Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland are separated as destinations but prices for mainland UK are currently applied, however, the delivery service used may differ.
Parcelforce 24 is generally a next day delivery following despatch, this doesn't include the Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of Scotland which take an additional day.

Overseas Shipping
Orders below 2kg are generally sent Airmail Small Packet, above this weight they are despatched using Parcelforce.
For some Eastern European countries we have switched to UPS Economy service as this can be cheaper than Parcelforce and takes about 1 week for delivery. This is a tracked service so you can see the progress of your parcel from the time it is booked in all the way through delivery.

Determining Shipping Charges
You can calculate delivery charges by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart and then starting the checkout process, enter the country you would like us to ship to, press Next and the default shipping will be shown with other shipping options further down the screen in a dropdown box.
For UK and EU deliveries VAT is applied if the item(s) purchased are VAT'able, if the products are mixed then the VAT is calculated pro-rata. This is in line with the VAT Guide and Notice 700/24 Postage and Delivery Charges.
VAT is not charged on orders to non-EU countries, in this instance product costs are reduced in line with the current UK VAT rate.

Limitations
At this time Games Lore Ltd are only able to handle orders from the UK, EU and other selected countries automatically, we apologise if this causes inconvenience. If you would like to purchase from our site and your country is not currently included please email and ask for us to load the shipping table.
Note that we can't currently ship to the USA and Canada as our Insurers specifically exclude this due to the risk of litigation. Apologies if this causes problems.
