EU VAT & Shipping

We have opted to ship orders to our EU friends and neighbours using a DDP (delivered duty paid) service which should mean hassle free delivery to your door. We're doing that by collecting the VAT depending on the VAT rate in your country when you place your order and charging the additional customs clearance fees as part of the shipping. Currently we are only using DPD for this service but expect to bring Parcelforce online over the next 5 to 10 days. Thank you for your patience so far and for the encouragement we have received to follow this process.

COVID-19

The UK is now under a 3rd lockdown. We will remain open and are confident that our order processing operations will remain largely unaffected, however, we are going to close our Click and Collect service with immediate effect. If you have an outstanding click and collect order please contact us for options.
