UKGE Pack & Post Update - Orders Are Shipping!

We wanted to share a quick update for everyone who used our UKGE Pack & Post service this year at Games Lore - and there's good news!

Your Boxes Have Arrived!

All Pack and Post consignments have now safely arrived at our warehouse. We've begun checking in the boxes and logging everything into our order management systems so we can get your items on the move as quickly and accurately as possible.

Shipping Is Underway

We're happy to report that shipping has already started!
We're using Parcelforce as our delivery partner this year. Once your parcel has been processed and handed over to them, you should receive an email confirmation directly from Parcelforce with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Processing Time

As you can imagine, we received a large number of pallets from UKGE, and there's a lot to work through. Our team is processing orders as quickly as we can, but:

  • Dispatch will continue over the next few days
  • Orders are being processed in sequence to ensure everything is handled correctly

    We really appreciate your patience while we work through everything.
