About The Game
Ahoy, me gamer! Set sails and enter a whimsical world where tea-loving pirates compete to serve their Captain the perfect afternoon tea! Grab your cannon and monkey as you prepare for mayhem, smashing food together to create culinary masterpieces and monstrosities.
Pirates of the High Teas Board Game: and a Bottle of Rum Expansion includes 8 wooden rum tokens and 4 new Captain cards for use in the Advanced Mode: The Captains.
Captain cards provide bonuses if you serve their favorite treats, adding new layers of strategy. In the base game box, there are 14 Captain cards, and the Bottle of Rum expansion brings that total to 18 Captain cards.
When a player serves a meal in the Captains' Quarters, they may collect one or more Captain Rewards in addition to their regular Bounties and Rewards. The Captain card shows the bonus requirements and reward. Player's may receive the same Captain's bonus multiple times if they meet the bonus requirement multiple times (in the same service or different services).
