Babel is a two-player game where players compete to build temples on the five building sites displayed on the board. The players must build the temples level by level, using cards played on their side of the board adjacent to the building sites. The cards represent the different tribes that lived in the area at the time of Babel. Each tribe has special powers, which the players may use during their turns if they have control of the tribe.

In Balloon Cup, the players compete in several short balloon flights (hops) to collect the colored cubes associated with each hop. When a player has collected enough cubes of a given color, he earns the trophy card for that color. Players may even trade 3 otherwise useless cubes for 1 they can use. The first player to earn 3 trophy cards is the winner! Each player has a hand of eight balloon cards. The players play their balloons on mountain or plain hops. Players play their high-valued balloons on the mountains and their low-valued balloons on the plains. Players usually play their balloons on their side of the hops, but winds (and cunning) can cause them to play on their opponent’s side, a move that can ruin their opponent’s plans.

Farmer Brown has lots and lots of animals. He has horses, cats, dogs, pigs, and cows. He also has one of each in his favorite colors, which are red, blue, yellow, green, and purple. Every night before he goes to bed, he looks in the barnyard to make sure all his animals are there. Today the animals are playing hide and seek with farmer Bro wn. Can you help him find all his animals so he can go to bed?

This great card game is about planting, trading, and selling beans - 11 kinds of beans (this English version includes all the cards from the original game and the first expansion). Players try to collect large sets of beans to sell for gold. There is limited growing space and always new beans to plant. To avoid planting unwanted beans, players trade them to other players who want them for their bean fields.

Each player plants beans in 2 or 3 fields and tries to sell them as profitably as possible. When selling beans, a player earns more gold for more beans of the same variety. The goal of the game is it to earn the most gold planting, harvesting, and selling beans. Without careful planning, players may be forced to harvest and sell their beans before they are ready and at lower prices than they hoped. In fact, sometimes a harvest brings no gold at all.The difference in this version from the original is that all the bean pictures are different and were supplied by fans of the game from around the world.

Unrest in Beanland. Bean princes in all parts of the land are trying to conquer foreign villages and cities. They use the profits from their bean sales to finance their attacks. At the end of the game, bean thalers have no value. Instead, players only score the lands they control as victory points. Thus, the most powerful bean prince is crowned Bohnaparte of Beanland.

A new and exciting expansion for the great BOHNANZA game.

This expansion contains new game variants and two new bean types, the Cognac bean and the Field bean. With High Bohn, the players may spend their thalers on buildings located in Virginia City. These building have attributes that give the players new tactics for winning. The Plus part of this expansion adds order cards which allow players to earn extra thalers when they can fill very specific orders.

In this 2-player game Caesar and Cleopatra are competing to determine Egypt's fate, which lies in the hands of the Roman patricians. Players use their power to win over patricians. Eventually a vote occurs the player with the most influence wins.

The circus is in town, but not the one with lions and tigers and bears, oh no! This is the smallest circus known to man: the flea circus. The players take turns turning cards looking for the one act that will fit perfectly into their hands. When a player finds the act he wants, he takes it and adds it to his hand - it may even be a previously turned card that now catches his eye! But players need to act quickly, for if they wait too long, they may lose the opportunity to take a card at all. At the end, the player who has the highest valued cards from the most different acts will take the show and win the game!

The players draw cards from a card supply in the middle of the table. During the game, the players try to specialize in a few colors, as at the end of the game, a player can score plus points for only 3 colors; the rest score minus points. The more cards a player has of a color, the more points he scores. The player with the most points wins.

The players are pirate captains working hard to recruit the best crews for their ships. The players try to collect a complete crew of 11 pirates, but each must recruit from only two groups to keep fights on their ships to a minimum. Players also get credit for including prisoners in their crews. When the ships set sail, players lose points for pirates that do not belong. Arrrggggghhhh!

The fruitful region between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers has long been an area of conflict. It is no different now and was not different 5000 years ago. Neighboring rulers are constantly scheming and fighting, always looking for the upper hand in the region. Those with cunning, and a little luck can become famous; those without that, infamous or unknown to history. By taking his excellent board game to a card format, Reiner Knizia has simplified some aspects of the game, but it remains Knizia and Euphrates & Tigris! And with 200 cards and 16 wooden discs, it is more than just a card game!

Using their mice as bait, the players attempt to grab the famous cat in the sack. Also in the sack are a jumble of both good and bad cats. The players can try to bluff one another by sneaking a dog or rabbit into the sack. At the end of the game, the nicest cats and mice will be worth positive points, while possessing the scruffiest cats will count against you.

It is a trick-taking game played with changing partners over several hands. In each hand, the players try to be the first to get rid of all of their cards. Their scores are based on how early in the hand they get rid of all their cards and what cards they take in tricks. The cards do feature some very cute animals.

In this game, fate select your goals, and changes them arbitrarily, so that after spending much time and effort to become a rock star, for example, fate decides you must now renounce that life and make the necessary life-style changes to become a, for example, a priest. Once you are pious and priestly, fate is likely to find another goal, which requires yet more significant changes in your life. This is a fun and fast-moving game that will leave you exhausted from the laughter and chaos!

But when the salad contains exactly 5 of one fruit, the players race to be the first to ring the bell. The fastest wins all face up cards ... and the game continues until only one player has cards left - that player is the winner!

Here, players replay that duel with the help of cards, which have magical symbols on the left and right, representing the strength of the adversaries. The symbols on the cards represent the offensive (right) and defensive (left) strengths of the adversaries: each unblocked symbol is lost energy for that player.

In Lost Cities is a two-player card game, the object of which is to mount profitable expeditions to one or more of the five lost cities. Card play is fairly simple, with a few agonizing decisions in what is a fast-moving fun game.

As Pizza makers, the players put ingredients on the table. A player may place an order, thinking the needed ingredients are available. If they are, the pizza is made, if not disappointment. Mama Mia is a fast, easy, fun, but unusual card game!

This classic from the creative minds of Doris and Frank will finally be available in English. The game is a straightforward trick-taking game with a twist: there cards are in 5 suits ranging from 0-9, with duplicates of 1s and 7s. Players display cards to bid and can bid even after passing. When all bidders pass, the highest bidder (most cards displayed) is the head of the offensive partnership and the second-highest bidder (next most cards displayed, with ties broken by highest ranking card played) is the head of the defensive partnership. The second-high bidder chooses the undertrump, either a suit or a number. Then, the leader of the offense selects the overtrump. Then he selects a partner from the three players who were not the top two bidders. After cards are played and all tricks taken, the players score their tricks by counting the small triangles on them (0, 1, or 2). Small numbers have the most triangles; large numbers the fewest.

In Race for the Galaxy, players build galactic civilizations by game cards that represent worlds or technical and social developments. Each round consists of one or more of five possible phases. In each round, each player secretly and simultaneously chooses one of seven different action cards and then reveals it. Only the selected phases occur. For these phases, every player performs the phase’s action, while the selecting player(s) also get a bonus for that phase. For example, if at least one player chooses the Develop action, then the Develop phase will occur; otherwise it is skipped. In it, each player may simultaneously select a development from his hand of cards to build. After revealing the cards, each player adds his development to his tableau of cards on the table and then discards cards from his hand equal to its cost. Each player who chose Develop discards one card fewer as his bonus. Explore allows a player to draw cards and select which of them to add to his hand. Settle allows a player to place a world in his tableau. Some worlds produce goods, represented by face down cards, when Produce is selected. These goods can be discarded for victory points or sold to add cards to the player’s hand by selecting Consume. With cards, players can settle new worlds and build more developments, gaining both victory points and card powers that provide advantages in certain phases. The player who best manages his cards, phase and bonus selections, and card powers to build the greatest space empire, wins. The winner is the player with the most victory points.
